Septagon Construction Hosts Groundbreaking Ceremony for Vermeer, IA and N. Missouri
Septagon Construction Company participated in a groundbreaking ceremony for “Vermeer Iowa and N. Missouri.,” a sales and service entity for the Vermeer line of equipment, headquartered out of Pella, IA on April 22nd at the site of their new showroom and shop facility located 6678 NE 14 th Street, Des Moines, IA.
The $3.5 million project includes a 6,000 sq. ft. 2-story office and showroom, along with a 10,500 sq. ft. shop which will include both a 10-ton and 5-ton full-width crane. This new project will be Vermeer’s 5 th location in Iowa. Septagon is proud to have Vermeer as a repeat customer, completing a shop addition at their Pella, IA location in 2014.
We are very happy to kick off this new project in Des Moines, IA. Now, let’s go move some dirt!
Septagon Construction is the design-build general contractor for the project.
