Construction Project Estimator/Administrator

Septagon Construction Company has an immediate opening for a Project Estimator/Project Administrator in our Sedalia, Missouri location.

An understanding of construction process, estimating, and project administration is required, and a degree in construction or related field is a plus but not required. Previous experience with Timberline Estimating and the Microsoft line of office software is desirable. This is a combination position involving conceptual and detailed estimating, project buy-out, sub-contractor relationships and bid coordination.

The successful candidate will have experience performing conceptual and detailed estimates for commercial ground-up as well as remodel projects or formal education in a related field for a combined minimum of 5 years of related experience.

No overnight travel is required. Projects and clients are generally within 90 minutes of our Sedalia office.

Experienced Concrete/Carpenters, Ironworkers & Foremen

Septagon Construction Company is a Sedalia, Missouri based company that provides general contracting and construction management services to industrial, commercial and institutional clients in Mid-Missouri.

We are currently looking to increase our skilled workforce of Concrete/Carpenters and Ironworkers. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years experience and a track record of crew leadership, safety and attention to quality.
