We are currently seeking an individual for a full-time administrative assistant position in our Jefferson City office. The successful candidate must have at least three years previous experience as an administrative assistant, including previous experience with accounts payable and invoicing. Additional requirements include: excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to prioritize tasks and work independently, excellent data entry and organizational skills. Previous experience with a construction company is a plus.
