Construction Project Manager / Construction Superintendent

Experienced Construction Project Manager / Construction Superintendent position is immediately available. Candidate shall possess a minimum of five years experience in convenient store tenant improvements and convenient store new construction. Position requires strong subcontractor coordination skills, construction cost control, scheduling, construction knowledge and ability, exceptional communication skills and organizational skills. This position will manage and direct all phases of a single project or may have a key role in multiple projects. This position will manages the resources within and outside the organization on the projects assigned.

Duties include site management, permit support, management of all construction activities on the project, project documentation and controls, coordination of installation of furnishings and equipment, and miscellaneous work as required to complete the work. The candidate must be able to provide effective leadership and direction to the project construction staff, employees, other vendors, and work with others to resolve conflicts or other issues.
