agency CM arrangement, we actually become your agent throughout the construction
process. This is particularly beneficial for public sector customers who
select us to provide professional services, and depend on us to manage complex
facilities projects.
- At-Risk - Customers
can assign us to have construction responsibility for critical elements
of the project and retain us to perform construction management functions
for the balance of project activities.
Observation - Projects
frequently require third-party observation. Whether to meet the requirements
of a lending institution, or to add peace of mind to the customer who is a
building tenant captive to preselected designers and contractors, our construction
professionals will monitor the design, construction and administration process.
The
Qualified Construction Manager:

complement and enhance the services of the Architect.

for a General Contractor.

more project cost savings than the amount of the CM fee.
